Good Afternoon Folks!

After carefully examining the Penance Service schedules for the next few weeks, I discovered that there is no penance service this Wednesday.  In the meantime, some people suggested to me that they'd like to do something for advent and watch a video on the "Star of Bethlehem."  So we're going to do that this week.  It sounds like a pretty interesting perspective.  Also, We can talk at group if there's anything else we'd like to do for Advent!  We have a BUNCH of stuff coming up, so please read below carefully!

Baby Bottles - We're collecting them THIS WEEKEND.  I've only heard from the Roy Family so far setting up a time (they took 9:30am Mass) We really need to cover ALL the masses this weekend for collection!  PLEASE sign up and take a mass.  So far we've collected about 45 bottles early, so by their estimates, that basically covers the cost of the bottles themselves.  Please claim a spot!  If you're having trouble with the website, just email me at or tell me tomorrow at the meeting.

Doughnuts: It went so well last time that everyone wanted to do it again.  Thanks to the Roy family for agreeing to pick up the doughnuts.  Please let me know if you're able to help clean up in the morning.  Maybe the folks who sign up for one of the Saturday Night masses for Baby Bottles can help get things ready for the morning after they're done!

Igou Concert:  Just a reminder, many of you know the Igou family.  They're doing a concert in place of our normal December P&W.  Sunday, 7pm in the Church.

Carolling - Our Christmas Carolling date is all set!  We'll be carolling at Arbutus Manor at 1:30pm-2:30pm on Sunday Dec 21st.  Meet at St. Benedict's at 1pm.  Sign up here if you can go

Christmas Dinner & Movie - I hear we do an annual dinner and movie.  We can decide on the restaurant and time tomorrow night, but the only day that looks like it's going to work is Sat, Dec 20th.

That's all I've got!  See you Wed Night!
