Good Evening Everyone!

Thanks for a great evening last night! It was a great thing to have so many people there, and a record number too! (at least in the time I've been here...)
As you all know there's a lot going on in the next few weeks.

Apple Pie Baking - Join us next Fri and Sat, the 21st-22nd to help make apple pies! Remember, this raises money both for our group and for the March for Life. No experience is needed. We need workers Friday Nov 21st from 2pm-10pm (come after school, dinner is provided) and Saturday Nov 22nd 8am-10pm (Lunch and Dinner is provided, but bring a snack to share). Adult and parent volunteers are also welcome. PLEASE let me know who's coming which day/time, so that I can help prepare for food. We also need people to sign up to sell the pies after all the masses. We'll need minimum 2, preferably 4 people at each mass. You MAY sign up for more than one mass. Please email me back if you know a time when you'd be able to help sell. I also need someone to make a nice poster to hang on the table for selling the pies (unless we have one somewhere I don't know about...) http://jpii.stbenedictchurch.org/fundraisers/apple-pie-sale

Baby Bottles - I just got the last part of the order in today. We need to tie cards onto the bottles and we'll hand out the bottles after all masses as we're selling pies. that's why we need 4 people at the table to sell. As for tying the strings on the bottles. That's going to be our project next week at youth group. It'll take a while to tie 600 cards on bottles. So we won't have a regular lesson next week. We'll collect the bottles the weekend of December 13-14 http://jpii.stbenedictchurch.org/fundraisers/baby-bottle-campaign

March for Life - We definitely need signups for the March! I handed out the form to you guys this week, get it back as soon as you can. I'll be handing things out at St. Benedict School for the 7th/8th graders tomorrow, and McCort will be within this next week. There will be a few probalby be a few people joining us from farther away. I know Mary Catherine and some others you may know from Cresson are planning on joining us. Let's do all we can to push for a full bus! I'll also attach a flyer and signup form to this email. (they're also available on the website.) You can see the whole plan for the trip on the website! http://jpii.stbenedictchurch.org/events/march-4-life

Nativity Play - Mrs. Roy will coordinate things for anyone interested. Please contact her at rtroy@atlanticbb.net It sounds like a fun opportunity! If it goes well, maybe we could see about doing it here next time around!

Well, that's all for now! See you Wed and Sat! Please let me know which ones you can come and if you can help after any of the masses next weekend!
