Forgot a couple things!

posted Jun 8, 2015, 12:48 PM by Matthew Baum

Good Afternoon Everyone,

There are a couple of updates that I forgot in last week's message.  I wanted to make sure everyone was up to speed.

No Meeting This Week - We will NOT meet this Wednesday Night (6/10) as a group

Doughnuts - We WILL do Doughnuts this Sunday (6/14), I need one family to volunteer to pick up the doughnuts and to make sure everything is setup.  This need to happen either just before or during the 9:30am Mass.  After mass, please stop down to help cleanup.  I trust you guys to help cleanup, that hasn't been a problem.  We will be getting doughnuts from the Scalp Ave Giant Eagle this Month.  Please let me know if you'd be willing to pick them up.  (Amsdells and Roys have been the only ones doing it, it'd be nice to have a few others step up!)

Praise and Worship Adoration -We WILL be doing Praise and Worship Adoration this Sunday (6/14) from 7pm-8pm in the Church.  Please stop out and start off this activities week with prayer!

Games in between - Although we do have the game night Wednesday this week, if anyone would like to do board games this Sunday afternoon between the 11:30am mass and Adoration, let me know.  As long as at least 4 people want to, we can do it.

Registration for Activities Week - PLEASE sign up for the events you're attending.  There was some confusion about the volunteerspot.  Once you click the button, you DO need to put your email address in (or click the login with Facebook button) in order to see the available events.  They won't spam you, all they'll do is send you a reminder a day or so before whatever you sign up for.  Also, if everyone signs up, then we won't have 15 copies of the same thing for the potluck.

Setup/Cleanup for Activities Week - We NEED people to sign-up to help with set-up and cleanup for the events, especially Monday and Wednesday.  If you can bring games for Wed, or if you can help with set-up or clean-up either day, please let me know at or by signing up for those on the volunteerspot.  As of now, we don't have anyone signed up to help set-up/cleanup.

God Bless!  See everyone this Sunday!

-Fr. Matt
